Weedbrew

You’re likely going to have to wait until the summer of 2019 to hear how cannabis infused beer is received, as the blueprints for Molson’s plans to release this new product is dependent on the Canadian legalization of marijuana nationwide in October of 2018. Corona, Blue Moon, Svedka and Lagunitas are all taking stake in the movement, so we’re sure to see this trend in the States in the near future as well. Sigh. The beverage market is obviously not as saturated as we thought it was. Edibles and inhalants are still super popular, but there are always new and creative ways to get high, loaded, lit and wrecked. It remains to be seen how this trend will play out in our health (we campaign heavily these days against liquid calories), waistlines (munchies anyone?), mental clarity (huh? What?) and ability to get up and go to the gym in the morning.
