Very Veggie Ice Pops

As  the green juice trend rages on, it seems the boundaries are limitless. It's hard to find a juice bar that doesn't have a juicer whirring wheat grass in a corner, and it seems like for every few iced coffees you pass on the street, a veggie juice also passes by. Super trendy this season are ice pops made with said verdant veggie ingredients. They’re super easy to make at home and a great way to get your kids to eat more vegetables. Stick "vegetables" and "popsicles" into your Pinterest account and you'll discover ridiculous recipes for refreshing and nutritious novelties, such as carrot, sweet potato, strawberry, cucumber, or melon pops. If time is an issue, boxed versions are getting easier to find in larger markets and health food stores. They tend to have clean ingredients, unlike the high fructose corn syrup, food dyes, and carrageenan that are the main turnoffs for the standard frozen novelties. How about this trend to get your 5-a-Day in?
