Granola has been making a big comeback recently, partly spurred on by the fact that it is fairly easy to make gluten-free. Below are comparisons of some brands of granola, but no matter what brand you choose, portion control is of the utmost importance. Granola generally contains at least 200 calories in a measly ½ cup serving.

All servings are ½ cup.
